Currently accepting applications for the position of Mental Health Professional.
Brief Position Summary: The Mental Health Professional will offer individual, family and group therapy to a diverse client population using a variety of treatment modalities. Direct service hours per week will vary. The remaining hours will be used for required client charting, staff meetings, supervision, and public relation activities. The remaining hours will be devoted to indirect or direct service in community based programs.
Education and Training: Masters in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPC), or Behavioral Sciences required. Required to pursue professional license, as defined by the state governing body, during employment. Appropriate supervision will be provided, as applicable. Individual malpractice insurance is required.
Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrate competence in clinical work with adults, adolescents, and children. Experience using a variety of therapeutic methods (with special emphasis in brief therapy as a model) with groups, individuals, and families.
