Whitney Storey is an instructor of psychology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Community Breastfeeding Educator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Texas Baptist University, a Master of Science in Psychology for UL Lafayette, and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from UL Lafayette. She is also a wife and mother.

Whitney has worked in education for over 10 years, teaching ages from seven through adulthood, and is passionate about her work in the criminal justice system and with mothers in the Acadiana community. She has been involved with Project H.O.P.E. and several other programs through The Family Tree since 2012 and plans being involved for many years to come.
