Who we are: The Healthy Start CAN is a multifaceted, multidisciplinary group of community participants, educators, and stakeholders with the common goal of improving health outcomes for families in the seven parishes of Region 4.
What we do: The CAN uses work groups to create action plans to address health disparities in our community. These groups focus on four topics: Infant mortality, maternal mortality, father/ male involvement, and participant consultation.
