Currently accepting applications for the position of Healthy Start Case Manager Supervisor.
Brief Position Summary: The Case Manager Supervisor—under the direction of the Project Director—is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating program services. The Case Manager Supervisor is also responsible for training and supervising case management staff and assisting case managers to coordinate services that are needed and desired for participants. This position ensures prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives, licensing/accrediting standards, government regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
Education and Training: Master’s Degree in mental health or social service related field or 10+ years of experience working in case management, maternal and child health, home visitation. At least 1 year of experience providing direct supervision preferred.
Qualifications and Experience: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate competence in program development, planning, implementation, and supervision as well as social service activities; competence in and willingness to work in culturally diverse settings; knowledge of community resources; knowledge of maternal and infant health. Knowledge and proficiency in a variety of computer programs and experience with database management. Valid Driver’s License.
