The Family Tree was awarded up to $980,000 (annually) from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to continue to improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce the infant mortality rate in Region 4 of Louisiana. We wanted to take this opportunity to look back over the last five years, as we eagerly look forward to the next five years. We are very proud and honored to have been able to work with parents and caregivers, community members, and area stakeholders. We are so excited to have laid deep roots and be a part of the Acadiana community who is raising happy and healthy children.
